Menus are hidden under image #281

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put mouse cursor on any button with menu (Text, line, etc.)
2. Wait for the menu to open
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can see the menu and choose options from it. Instead it is hidden under the 
picture (you can see it on the screenshot)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
24.0.1312.52 on Windows 8 Pro x64
