Published Assessment - Unable to edit published assessment #332

Description: When you click on view published assessment, no detail is displayed on the screen and you cannot save new changes.

Step to reproduce:

  1. Log in with valid credentials
  2. Click on "Assessment" tab then "Published Assessment"
  3. Click on "Edit"
