Published Assessment - Unable to view published assessment #334

Description: When you click on view published assessment, no detail is displayed on the screen.

Step to reproduce:

  1. Log in with valid credentials
  2. Click on "Assessment" tab then "Published Assessment"
  3. Click on View Assessment
