This is because the JSON needs to be updated. FoundryVTT had updated some of the manifest definitions so the current module.json file cannot be used. I've created a fork to update and fix this issue, hopefully it will be merged into the main branch.
Hello! I recently updated to the most recent stable build of Foundry and when attempting to update this module I got the following error string from the VTT
The module "pf1ultimatepsionics" is using the old flat core compatibility fields which are deprecated in favor of the new "compatibility" object Module validation errors: packs: 0: type: may not be undefined 1: type: may not be undefined 2: type: may not be undefined 3: type: may not be undefined 4: type: may not be undefined 5: type: may not be undefined 6: type: may not be undefined 7: type: may not be undefined
The module should be updated for Foundry v11 now, if you go to update it you'll be able to resume using it.
Thank you for the update
