The XML file contains 7597 instances of the OSIS divineName element.
Typical use: <divineName>LORDE</divineName>.
<divineName>LORDE</divineName>
For these to render as small-caps in SWORD, the the enclosed word should be title case.
i.e. <divineName>Lorde</divineName>.
<divineName>Lorde</divineName>
Otherwise, you'll see it displayed as uppercase.
On the other hand, Coverdale seems to have actually used uppercase for the word LORDE in both testaments. Maybe small-caps as used by later English Bibles were unknown to him.
