Eternals have a renaming bug #311

When I got my first eternal it was of me, so I renamed it to something else. After entering a few vaults and summoning my eternal I noticed that the old now renamed eternal of me was still able to be summoned alongside the new eternal being able to be summoned. I went into the NBT file of the eternals and deleted the eternal yet the file for the eternal came back. Creating a new eternal with the same name does not link up to the old problem eternal.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create and eternal
  2. Rename
  3. Summon the eternal in the vault

Upon summoning I expected my new renamed eternal to show up and not the old one and to be clear the new one was still summoned sometimes.

Screenshots or Crash Report There is not much to show in terms of a crash report or pictures other than I have one completed cryo chamber with my renamed eternal and the old one still being summoned sometimes.

Additional context Is there something I can do in the files to fix it for now as it breaks my ability to fight bosses like I want?
