Time-based caching breaks pager #3

Enabling time-based caching in this view's "Caching" options breaks the pager - clicking on page links results in the same page you are on. This may be a moot point however, since enabling "Block caching/Per page" reduces page execution time dramatically. Perhaps a documentation issue? If so, I'm happy to add to README.
