What happened?
The Contact Us section on the Our Plan page has a container that is too narrow, causing the form fields to appear cramped. The width of this section should be increased to improve readability and user experience.
Steps to Reproduce: Navigate to the Our Plan page. Scroll down to the Contact Us section. Observe the width of the form container. Notice that the form fields and layout are squeezed, impacting usability.
Expected Behavior: The Contact Us section should have a wider container, allowing form fields and buttons to be displayed more spaciously. The layout should maintain consistency with the design of the page while enhancing readability. Actual Behavior: The width of the Contact Us section is too narrow, making the form appear cluttered and difficult to use.
