Feature Request: Closest `ds.toml` Parsing #506

Having the option for a TOML file for configuration is fantastic, one improvement I would love is it finding the closest TOML file. For example, I have a monorepo style setup:

Would love to be able to output the files directly in each individual folder. Not urgent, just an improvement!
