Cannot find McOpts and IvToolkit - Does not Build #493

build.gradle cannot find IvToolkit or McOpts within the Forge repository, preventing the user from building the project.

You need to build them yourself locally. Their source codes are available on my repo as well; if you need help with that feel free to check by my Discord channel.
