There are often short rounds that get recorded by the server, but don't need to be:

In siege, we always call a restart vote between live rounds so that everyone can get ready for the next round. This "intermission round" might just last 5-10 seconds while everyone selects their class and votes to restart.
After we finish a match, we will use the following round to call a vote for a new map. This "map voting round" might just last 5-10 seconds.
Maybe there was a false start because someone was AFK, so you have to restart really quick. This "non-live" round might just last 5-10 seconds.

However, server is recording all of these tiny, insubstantial rounds. This results in many unnecessary demos that are very small files. Our server autodemo folders are clogged with these useless demos; you have to wade through many folders filled with tiny demo files that are under a minute long in order to find the real rounds.

@dpadgett can look at doing something for this but im not sure if that will ping the person or not as it did not show up. But he created it.

Same on TDM, duel and probably all gametype.

@deathsythe47 so you can make an SH script to automatically remove files under minute long (less than 200kb I guess, or something), can be a temporary solution atleast
