Heroku deployment #116

Runs on Heroku now, TODO: Daphne / channels / redis.

@JAWD-001 please double-check the docs - might have deleted too much there so you might have to put back / re-generate after merging this.

@JAWD-001 I think you made some changes on your repo that could not be automatically merged in so I pulled them into my fork and solved the merge conflict there (was only something in settings.py) and pushed it back here. Now this PR can be merged again. HTH

Thanks @bbelderbos, I'll focus on getting it up and running, then add in the redis and channels stuff over these coming week(end)s.

Also, did you run it and it works? Idk what changed in settings.py is all.

I have not run it lately, but core worked on heroku. Did not look at chat though.
