@davetapley congrats on the transfer. I happen to maintain the piexif package in Gentoo. I should be hearing from repology.org through https://repology.org/project/python:piexif/versions via rss2email about new releases to PyPI but if it slips though, a reminder to bump is welcome.

@djjudas21 not sure, was making progress till I hit broken builds: https://github.com/JEFuller/Piexif/issues/5 Not sure where to try and resurrect them or just start from scratch 🤔 Help / suggestions welcome!

I now replied over at https://github.com/JEFuller/Piexif/issues/5#issuecomment-1374690278 to not pollute #1 with my CI thought details…
