I have used inch and http://inch-ci.org to guide through the priorities on documenting HighLine.
This PR raises "A" grade documentation from 44,22% to 100% (all green! :muscle: :facepunch: )
Now the inch-ci.org badge will be ALL green!
Sincerely, I think the whole documentation is still not "that" good. But it has surely improved in availabilty (more than in quality).
@JEG2 could you merge and do a (develop) release? (I have set the version to develop yet - 2.0.0-develop.4)
