Rewrite Server list and API #7

This has 2 things wrong with it currently.

1) Both are currently pure PHP. 2) It's broke and is causing crash logs on servers atm.

Are you thinking of a more efficient method of handling things from the site? Or simplifying something with the way the plugin interacts with it? Or are you still thinking on it? I'm curious.

Currently it's broken, so I wanna fix it, rewrite it in something better like node, and make it more pretty.

We could add more data/interactions if we wanted, not sure atm, we could make it a lot more complex.

I assume this is dead, or your interests elsewhere, or both. Re-open if you consider this worth the hassle and want to get this working again.
