You use the no_extrap_no_rounding
file which does not use numerical extrapolation of missing data. That's the reason for the missing 2023 numbers. If you use the no_rounding
file the gaps are filled with extrapolated data.
The no rounding dataset seems to be containing incorrect and incomplete datasets for 2023: Numbers do not coincide with those in the normal dataset, and most non-CO2 variables are missing (but Kyotogas totals are reported nevertheless, although they only contain the CO2 numbers...): Screenshot of no-rounding file: Guetschow_et_al_2024a-PRIMAP-hist_v2.6_final_no_extrap_no_rounding_13-Sep-2024.csv:
