Confusing settings names #1

Some of the settings, like MoveTimerInterval and IdleTimerInterval, are confusing and non-intuitive. I'm not sure what they do.

User is a noob. JK, those names are changed to SharkMoveSpeed and SharkIdleTimeInMilliseconds to try to make it a bit clearer (v1.1).
