Make your directory structure like in the git hub.

IMPORTANT - Add your model in the directory with .h5 extn file.

You can do it by model.save in your notebook.

create a new one and push your code again.

Don't forget to save your model as pickle file - .pkl ----> USE joblib TO SAVE
