Picking from map in Southern Hemisphere does not generate negative latitude. #1

Choosing to select a location from the map and then picking a location south of the equator does not set the Latitude and Hemisphere correctly.

On investigation this seems to be working correctly. I simply hadn't picked south of the equator.
