[Feature] Change Log Level without need to rebuild #67

To change the log level without the need of rebuilding the driver there should be the possibility to change it within the config.json. This would make it much easier to debug errors. Taken from troubleshooting

Since 0.4.0 you can change the log level in config and restart the service.
