moderation chat commands #28

add more complex chat commands for moderators

  1. /swap, /switch (switch two users' positions)
  2. /dclookup
  3. /dc (move a user back after they disconnected)
  4. /undo (move a user back, who was (re)moved in/from the waitlist)
  5. /whois, /whoami
  6. /lockskip (lock the waitlist, skip the song, unlock the waitlist)

any other suggestions?

maybe /lockskip should just normally skip and add the user back to the waitlist, if the waitlist is smaller than 50 users?
