rewrite autojoin #4

  1. make autojoin properly disable itself
  2. indicate the current autojoin setting around/in the Join Wait List button
  3. offer some UI to enable/disable autojoin
  4. add more options
    1. auto-leave (after X plays, X minutes, X minutes of inactivity)
    2. notify before auto-leave
    3. activate autojoin in the current community
    4. activate autojoin right after joining a room
    5. activate when staff adds you to the waitlist
  5. if autojoin gets disabled, remember why; show reason in the settings (e.g. "deactivated by staff")
