Request: Use document size for paper size #78

currently if you change the paper size, you need to manually update the size in the plugin as well. Would it be possible to have it just automatically take the document size instead?

Came here to suggest that since I ran into the same issue of doing it twice.

I'll start working on a pull request.

You can checkout my fork. There is a checkbox to use bed size, let me know if you run into any problems.
