[MEDIUM] Empty blocks cross the web site

We need to show appropriate message to each place that do not have any content.

Layout should be something like this:

Places:

• Messages (inbox/sent)
• Attendance
• Feed (global, course, assignment)
• Courses page
• Assignment pages (all/per course)
• Notifications page
• Files
• Syllabus
• Other pages that i have missed.

Messages - There are no messages in your folder Attendance - No attendance has been recorded on this day. Click record to update. Feed - There are no posts to show right now Courses Teacher - No courses have been created. Click Create Course to add one. Courses Student - You are not enrolled in any courses. Click Use Access Code to join one. Assignments Teacher - You have not created any assignments. Click Create Assignment to add one. Assignments Student - This course does not have any assignments yet. You will be notified when one is added. Notifications - You have no new notifications. You will receive notifications when your courses are updated.

@weavora I will continue to go through and find any more and update accordingly.
