@weavora according to our attorney we will have to verify a student's age as ≥ 13 before accessing the system. For users under 13 we will need to legally have a parent submit authorization for a user to enter the system. This is a federal guideline and I was aware of it but didn't know the specifics. Our attorney is looking into the best way to legally accomplish these steps so that it can be implemented effectively and efficiently. Once I know exactly what we need to do, hopefully we can brainstorm the best way to accomplish this.
