one more rsync issue #28

s3fs needs to implement chown... right now s3fs hardcodes uid/gid to
whatever the current user is... looks like rsync attempt to do a chown
(which has no effect currently with s3fs) and on subsequent incremental
rsyncs, rsync keeps trying chown...
