Move Base From Lubuntu to Ubuntu Server/MinimalCD #13

There are a great deal of reasons to move from Lubuntu to Ubuntu Server. First of all, this will fix Issue #6 and will have the many advantages listed in the lowest comment of such. I would like to have this done, no later than the 0.5 beta, as the longer we delay this - the more workarounds we will have for Lubuntu. This will be an overall better approach without having to deal with *bunutu specific errors (Lubuntu being supposedly the worse for tinkerers) moving into the future, and will give us better overall control of the system.

Works with newest Ubuntu Server x86 suddenly! Will add %packages section to kickstart now

This NEEDS to be clarified in the readme.md BADLY.
