Describe the Bug
I've added both Sonarr and Radarr to LunaSea, but I keep getting the message "An Error Has Occurred", with a try again button. I tried killing the app but it's still now working. The test connection works fine.
To Reproduce
I just added both services, it never worked. This is my first time using LunaSea.

Versions
LunaSea: 5.1.0 from the PlayStore
Sonarr: 3.0.6.1342
Radarr: 3.2.2.5080
Additional context
472 is an identical issue, however both Sonarr and Radarr are v3.
UPDATE
I tried using LunaSea 4.2.1 where I understand the v3 API is not used yet, and it works fine. But I still don't understand how, since Sonarr and Radarr are on the latest versions. My whole system was installed just a few months ago when the v3 was already out...
