[Download Queues] Add Pages or Infinite Scrolling #572

It seems that Lunasea does not display the full SABnzbd download queue. I must use the WebUI to view downloads added to the end of a long queue, in order to manage them.

Pages or an adaptive infinite scroll for the SABnzbd/NZBget and/or other queues would be greatly appreciated, to help manage large lists!
