Include frequency data #11

When exporting the CSV having the frequency of the word in the deck would also be helpful. Though I'm not sure if jpdb accepts CSV's with frequency data.

I've never tried importing anything, but at least for exporting, my fork (https://github.com/r-hensley/JPDB-Export/tree/main) exports English and frequency data now.
