Type-c to hdmi converter does not work via thunderbolt3/type-c port please help! #1

Type-c to hdmi converter does not work via thunderbolt3/type-c port please help! how did it work? what mainly needed to be done?

I do not any special things. Could it be a problem with type-c converter？

It works fine in windows( this is a predator triton 500 with rtx 2060 with same i7 8750h), while using windows I think display signal comes from only DGPU in windows. Is this the same with you or your tb3/typec port is also connected to DGOU only or ogpu too. cannot get it work, thinking to use usb 3.0 to hdmi instead, if can help do tell. Thanks

I try to using usb3 to hdmi, that is working, but a little lag. And the type-c adapter is this one 截圖 2020-12-09 下午3 07 01

G7 7590 type-c port is from intel integrated, not from Discrete graphics card.

Maybe you issue could not be fix
