The Issue*

Please briefly describe the issue you come across.

I am unable to get the citations working properly. Everything besides that work properly on VSCode. The pdf file compiles perfectly on Overleaf as well, however the moment I add citations in my Latex file and compile on VSCode it doesn't work. I have reran the building process multiple times as well, and previously it would at most need one extra compilation to work.
