When I use the Clean up auxiliary files button, only the auxiliary files in the main project directory are deleted. Files in subdirectories, like .aux files from sections in separate folders, remain untouched.
I have the option "latex-workshop.latex.clean.subfolder.enabled": true enabled. Is there another setting I need to adjust, or am I missing something?
