Life inhabited planets #2

Solar systems should be able to have life planets.

I confess this issue confuses me. Right now, by default, there is one fully developed lifeplanet in each system. Are you requesting more? I'm not certain really how to model a lifebelt, or assign actual orbital charts to given types of planets. For example, gas giants tend to form in a specific band around a star, where acretion material builds up to support their mass. I don't think I have the ability to -do- this right now.
