Look into whether we can read from a static properties file from javascript #10

In the login.js file, there is a config JSON object that has firebase API keys. We should see if those can be read out from some other file. They already will reside in prod.env.

I am marking this as invalid because the file that originally sparked this ticket no longer exists. See #4 and its commits on why that is.
