Exclude some source files from the published build #144

The package published to github has "uncomitted changes" to the following files:

The package published to psgallery has "uncomitted changes" to the following files:

I imagine we could exclude all these:

@JanDeDobbeleer It still seems like PSGallery releases are published with all the files. How are those releases published?
