Add a funny little emoji inspired and simplified Agnoster theme #348

My contribution to the lovely themes provided by other people.

There is a scary lack of emojis in themes as far as I can tell, and this theme attempts to remedy that. However, be warned, this will make your terminal be emotional and so be prepared for a roller-coaster ride of emotions.

A preview of the theme can be viewed below. It relies on Cascadia Code PL, so make sure you have that installed. image

Any comments on improvements or suggestions to even greater emojis are always welcome and greatly appreciated.

Let's make the terminal great again.

@floppydisken not to rain on your parade, but V3 actually offers this ability out of the box ;-)
