hdt-cpp appears to be unsupported #14

This package uses a fork of rdfhdt/hdt-cpp that fixes some bugs and compiler warnings/errors. These bugs have been reported and PRs submitted (and applied to the fork of rdfhdt/hdt-cpp that this package uses); but no action has been taken by the owners of rdfhdt/hdt-cpp in almost a year, so it appears that rdfhdt/hdt-cpp is no longer supported.

Recently, another PR (https://github.com/rdfhdt/hdt-cpp/pull/285) has been submitted that claims to fix some additional bugs and also deletes about 34KLOC that may have licensing problems.

The HDT package appears to work as-is; but anyone who wishes to depend on it should check the status of rdfhdt/hdt-cpp and possibly apply the pending PRs to the hdt-cpp submodule.
