Current latest version of InvSee++ indeed does not work on 1.19 or 1.19.1, See https://github.com/Jannyboy11/InvSee-plus-plus#supported-server-software. You can either upgrade your server to Minecraft 1.19.2, 1.19.3 or 1.19.4, or downgrade InvSee++ to a version between 0.12.4 and 0.14.0. If you go for this uption of downgrading InvSee++, I recommend either 0.12.10 since it's very popular still, or take 0.14.0 since it's got the most features and fixes.
