F5 Menu for EMS breaks after placing the cardiac monitor inside a building. #1162

Describe the bug EMS F5 menu no longer works after placing the cardiac monitor within a building. However when you drive past pillbox the menu then opens up.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Clock into EMS and make your way to a building (the one I used was the warehouse by the chop shop)
  2. Open the F5 menu, go to the object menu, and place the cardiac monitor
  3. The menu should close and you will no longer be able to open the F5 menu until you drive past pillbox or relog.

Expected Behavior For the F5 menu to not close when you place the object and for you to be able to reopen the menu.

Additional Information I was only able to test this in the warehouse by the chop shop and a clothing store. The warehouse was the only one that it happened in. The menu worked as intended in the clothing store. Clip testing this. https://medal.tv/clips/20457057/d1337eOXTr5l

I can reproduce, don't know what is actually going on though, don't place objects in chopshop style interiors?
