Remake of theme system with 'ordering' #38

Theme system is currently pretty limiting due to the order of which things are stitched onto the background. I propose a rework to allow users to set an 'order' which would just be an integer from 1 to ~ which are stitched onto the background in said order.

Along with this could allow automatic resizing of images.
