Native Cosmos DB integration support #1022

I saw that Raven DB support is being added in: https://github.com/JasperFx/wolverine/issues/1017 and would like to put in a vote for native Cosmos DB integration at some point. I would hope the core concepts would be similar between the two document databases, though I know Raven has some features Cosmos lacks.

I don't know if this gets into 3.0, but yes. The work we're doing w/ RavenDb should be making it easier to add more non-relational databases later.
