Unable to add interview that have already happened for tracking purposes

Details: For tracking/recording purposes, users may want to add companies that have already rejected them before, (so that they dont reapply to the same position) or companies whose first round interview was over and they are awaiting news. However, the application does not allow them to enter past interview dates. As the UG mentions that this application is for managing their internship contacts, I believe that including past records is important.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the application
2. Add an internship application with a due date before today: add c/Grab p/66550000 e/careers@grab.com a/6 Temasek Boulevard t/I jd/Software Developer Intern d/12-06-2024 0900 id/6 months s/1500 n/Grab offers various services like ride-sharing, food delivery and etc.

Expected: Create the dated interview for tracking purposes.

Actual: Throws an error, and unable to add the record to the application
