Keyboard not autocorrecting #1024

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using the AnySoft keyboard in any language

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
While using Colemak and English keyboards, auto correct to English dictionary 
would be expected, as user language is English. Keyboard instead will only 
autocorrect to the contacts dictionary, or not at all if the contacts 
dictionary is not enabled. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 20120814 Eye Candy release 76

Please provide any additional information below:
Software used to auto correct upon install. 

Note: If you think this is a device related issue, include the report
output from the Device Information application

Swype function does not work either. App is up to date. No updates to device 
have been applied since app installation
