Duplicate check could be for matric number instead #7

Rather than uniquely identifying students using their name, the team could consider using the matric number to uniquely identify the students as users is able to add different student name with the same matric number.

The Planned Enhancements section the DG has mentioned of our future plans to allow change the unique identifier of each student to be the matric number.
