Installation process for Zephyr #11

The readme installation is no longer valid as the project has been migrated to Zephyr 2.7.99 from 2.4.0. The installation can now work on any Windows machine without the help of WSL. The following points need to be mentioned for the install:

[x] Chocolatey install
[x] Dependencies install
[x] Zephyr install
[x] GNUARMEMB install
[x] Setting global variables
[x] Trouble shooting

@Jeedella I updated the Read Me. Please check if it is clear enough and you can install it properly. If so, close the issue .
