It has been a while since I have updated or checked on the functionality of this package, but I will see what I can do to get it working again.
I will get back to you within the next couple of days, hopefully with a solution!

I would like to use your misc.wrappers package to (1) convert a vcf to a structure-format file, and also to (2) run DAPC and SNMF on a vcf file.
Several R dependencies have been deprecated and are no longer available, even though I haven't updated R in a while (I am using R version 4.3.1 from 2023-06-16). Do you have any suggestions to be able to download and use your package given these changes? Or can you tell me what version of R you last used with this package?
