References to minimal individuals are not removed #20
Observed with module v4.0.0 and webtrees 2.1.20
Settings: Privacy = visitor Gedcom Filter 1 = ReduceMinimalIndividualsGedcomFilter Gedcom Filter 2 = RemoveEmptyOrUnlinkedRecordsGedcomFilter
Observed behavior: FAM record still contains a reference to a minimal INDI, which was removed
