Incomplete FAQ and Known issues sections in UG #13

Can update some information in these section to clarify some common issues.

Thank you for your suggestion regarding our FAQ section. Instructions on the minimum system requirements are already given, hence the FAQ was focused on issues that are not covered.

Reason for disagreement: Based on the screenshot, I do not see anything or any issues your team has focused on since that's what exactly the original FAQ and known issues in the UG of AB3 looks like. Hence, it is considered as incomplete section and nothing change from the original document given. The purpose of an FAQ and know issue sections are to provide clear guidance on potential user queries about the unclear and brief instructions mentioned in the UG which may lead to misunderstanding about the functionalities. Based on the target audience (e.g., non-tech-savvy users, as identified in the UG/DG), the lack of proper FAQs and known issue clarifications would significantly hinder user comprehension and system usability. The current documentation assumes a level of familiarity with application troubleshooting that is not reasonable for all users.

These are the possible problems faced by the users and there's no solution in the UG: Q: What happens if I accidentally delete a contact? Can I undo it? Q: Can I edit the tags of a contact without removing the existing ones? Q: Can I add contacts with duplicate names or phone numbers? Q: How do I back up my data? Issue: Editing a contact’s tags removes all existing tags if none are specified. Issue: The find command does not return results for partial matches. Issue: The clear command removes all contacts without confirmation.

While the severity is categorized as low, the incompleteness of these sections diminishes the usability of the app, especially for non-tech-savvy users. This makes the bug impactful for the end-user experience. Additionally, the app promises to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative tasks. Inadequate documentation that leaves users guessing contradicts this goal, as users will spend extra time troubleshooting basic functionalities.
