Issues creating Accounts in the field #4793

  1. They are having issues with creating accounts.
    1. Hi Sway! I talked with the team and here're some more details: URL - they just wanted to know if they can reuse urls. It' okay if they can't. There was an incidence that the team shared a journey with many people and accidently editted the url. They had to shared the journey again with the new url so now it's all figured out.  Creating account issue - about 60 people tried to creat their NS account individually with their own device. Some people struggled with creating an account with their google account. But they were able to create an account with their facebook or other emails. I'm attaching the screenshot of the error page. It's basically saying the access denied (403 error). See screenshot
    2. Another thing - we are experiencing some issues. We editted a url of a journey. Then we wanted the old url so we changed the url back to the original one. And the url doesn't work anymore. It show 404 error. We tested with different journey but still having the same issue. Does this mean that we cannot use the old url once we change it? We've experienced register issue when many people trying to create the NextSteps account at the same time. Can you fix this issue? Cause we are giving group presentation and we want to help people to practice and use it for their ministry.

I tested this and did not have issues creating a Google account, but maybe it was because a lot of people were trying to do it all at one time and we were overloading the server?
